WordPress & WooCommerce plugin
Install the plugin, connect it with your server secret and send every paid order server-side.
What the plugin does
- Prints the tracking script first in
<head>, before any pixel plugin. - Sends every paid WooCommerce order from your server to ours as
Purchasewith event IDpurchase_<order_id>— once per order, even when the customer never reaches the thank-you page. - Includes hashed email, phone, name, address and customer ID, plus IP, user agent,
_fbpand_fbccaptured at checkout. - Optional server-side AddToCart and InitiateCheckout (off by default).
Install
- In your dashboard open the site → WordPress / WooCommerce plugin → Download. The zip is prefilled with your site key and tracking URL.
- WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the zip → Install → Activate.
- Go to Settings → TrackPilot. Paste the server secret from your site page (shown once when created; use "Issue new server secret" on the site page if you lost it). It is stored encrypted in WordPress.
- Click Test connection. You should see "Connected" and a
TestEventin your Event log.
Avoid double counting
For the browser Purchase to deduplicate with the server one, your pixel plugin must send the order ID: eventID: 'purchase_<order id>' or an order_id parameter. Pixel plugins that send their own Conversions API events (for example the official "Meta for WooCommerce" CAPI option) should have their server-side part switched off, otherwise Meta receives two server Purchases with different IDs.
Requirements
WordPress 5.8+, PHP 7.4+. WooCommerce is optional (without it the plugin only adds the script). Sending uses Action Scheduler, which ships with WooCommerce, with automatic retries.
