Terms of Service
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the "Customer") and TrackPilot for the use of TrackPilot (the "Service"). By creating an account you accept them.
1. The Service
The Service receives tracking events from your websites and servers and forwards them to the advertising platforms you configure (such as the Meta Conversions API), with dashboards, logs and related tools. Features may change; we will not remove core functionality of a paid plan during a paid period without notice.
2. Accounts
You must give accurate details, keep your password, site secrets and access tokens safe, and are responsible for activity in your workspaces. You must be at least 18 and act for a business.
3. Plans, payment and limits
- Plans are priced by events per month as shown on the pricing page. Prices may change for future periods with notice.
- Paid plans run for the period paid (monthly or yearly). Manual payments (for example bKash) start after we confirm them.
- When you exceed your limit we notify you; after a grace period event forwarding may pause until the next period or an upgrade.
- Upgrades credit the unused part of your current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period.
- Refunds: if the Service does not work for you, ask within 7 days of a payment and we will refund it. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law requires.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to send data you have no right to collect, to track people without the notices or consent the law requires, for illegal products or content, to break the terms of the advertising platforms, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You are the controller of your visitors' data and we process it for you under the DPA, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for your own privacy policy and consent banner.
6. Third-party platforms
Delivery to Meta and other platforms depends on their APIs and policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages, attribution or ad account actions.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability and queue events when a destination is slow, but the Service is provided "as is" without a guaranteed uptime unless agreed in writing.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or ad spend), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, are unpaid after the grace period, or put the Service at risk, with notice where reasonable.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction, without limiting consumer rights where you live.
