Do I need to remove my Meta Pixel? +
No. Keep your pixel exactly as it is and paste our script above it. The browser event and the server event share one event ID, and Meta keeps one of them.
Will my events be counted twice? +
No. Deduplication is the whole point: every event gets the same eventID in the browser and event_id on the server, and Meta merges them. Check it any time in the dedup checker.
Do I need Google Tag Manager or a cloud server? +
No. There is no GTM server container to run or pay for. One script, or the WordPress plugin, is enough. If you already use GTM, add our script as a Custom HTML tag before the pixel tag.
Where do I get the Conversions API access token? +
In Meta Events Manager → your pixel → Settings → Conversions API → "Generate access token". Paste it in the pixel settings in your dashboard; we store it encrypted.
What happens when I reach my plan limit? +
You get an email at 80% and at 100%. After 100% there is a short grace period; then forwarding pauses until the next month or until you upgrade. Your pixel in the browser keeps working as before.
Is customer data safe? +
Email, phone and name are normalised and SHA-256 hashed on arrival, before they are queued, as Meta requires. Event logs are kept for 7 days. Read our Privacy Policy and DPA for details.
Can I use it with several shops or pixels? +
Yes. One workspace holds as many sites as you need, and each site can forward to several pixels. Events are counted per workspace.
কোন কোন payment method আছে? +
বাংলাদেশ থেকে BDT-তে bKash দিয়ে payment করা যায় (Send Money করে TrxID দিন, আমরা verify করে plan চালু করি)। বিদেশ থেকে USD option শীঘ্রই আসছে।
WooCommerce-এ কি কোডিং লাগবে? +
না। Dashboard থেকে plugin download করুন, WordPress-এ upload করে server secret বসান — ব্যস। প্রতিটা paid order server থেকে Purchase হিসেবে একবারই যাবে।
iOS 14-এর পর কি সত্যিই লাভ হয়? +
হ্যাঁ। Browser pixel ad blocker, Safari আর iOS opt-out-এ অনেক event হারায়। Server থেকে পাঠালে এসব event Meta পায়, তাই attribution আর ad optimisation দুটোই ভালো হয়।
